We're happy to announce that you can now receive your Donation Transaction Statements via email. To request your statement, simply visit our Parish Online Donations Portal and click on the "Request Payment Report" button located at the bottom of the page.
You'll need to provide your email address associated with your Parish Contact Record, as well as the start and end dates of the transaction statement you're requesting. Please note that you can only request one year of transactions at a time.
Once you click the "Send Verification Code" button, a 6-digit code will be sent to your email address. Please enter this code into the Verification Code box provided on the portal.
If our Parish's PACEM Database finds a match of your email address and there are transaction records associated with it, you'll receive an email with a PDF of the Transaction Statement for the requested period. The PDF will include all transactions for any Finance Campaigns you've made payments against.
In case our PACEM database cannot find a match of your email address or if there are no transaction records associated with it, you'll receive a message saying that no transaction was found.
