Beginning Thursday, the 23rd of November, the Parish has migrated to PACEM (Parish Administration, Communication and Engagement Management), a Customer Relationship Management Application built on the reliability of Salesforce platform, an industry-standard in cloud-based software. This move is aimed at streamlining many of the back-office procedures that take up a lot of the time of our parish staff.
Adopting this new system is an important step for the Parish as it will help us become more efficient and effective in serving the needs of our parishioners. PACEM will enable us to streamline our operations and better manage our resources. We are confident that this new system will help us provide better services to our parishioners and improve their overall experience.
To ensure the information's accuracy and currency, the Parish requests each household to complete a Household Census Form. The form can be found at the Foyer or can be filled up online by using the QR Code in the Bulletin. The Parish would like to enjoin everyone to help and cooperate with us to complete our data migration as smoothly as possible.
According to the Parish spokesperson, "We understand that filling out a form may seem like a small task, but it will go a long way in helping us serve you better. Your information is important to us, and we take the responsibility of keeping it confidential seriously."
The Parish is committed to keeping its parishioners informed and updated on all developments as the migration progresses. The Parish assures its parishioners that the new system will make it easier for them to engage with the Parish, and the Parish will work tirelessly to ensure that all queries and concerns are addressed promptly.
The Parish urges its parishioners to cooperate with us as we embark on this journey to improve our services. The Parish is confident that with the adoption of the new system, we will be better equipped to serve the needs of our parishioners and improve their overall experience.
